Kapga Insulated Glass Sliding Systems consist of a minimum of 3 and up to 10 sliding glass panels (configured as 5+5), operating on triple, quadruple, or five-track profile systems.

ISCB140 Insulated Glass Sliding Systems, the glass panels are bonded to the aluminum profiles using high-performance insulating adhesives, ensuring a superior level of thermal and acoustic insulation.

To ensure security, the system offers two locking options based on your usage needs: an espagnolette lock operable only from the inside, and a hook bolt lock with a keyed cylinder that can be accessed from both the interior and exterior.

In ISCB140 Sliding Systems, the top and bottom load-bearing track profiles are available in three variations: 3-track, 4-track, and 5-track configurations.
All profiles can be coated in RAL chart colors, anodized finishes, or woodgrain textures to match the specific characteristics and design requirements of the intended space.
The system profiles are specifically designed and manufactured to support the weight of insulated glass panels measuring up to 10,000 × 3,000 mm.
Glasses
Kapga ISCB140 Insulated Glass Sliding Systems are equipped with 4+12+4 mm double glazing as standard, while 8 mm single glass is also available upon request.
In standard applications, all glass panels are tempered. The system can also accommodate reflective glass, tinted glass, or grid-patterned glass upon request.
In Insulated Glass Sliding Systems, the seal between the glass and the profile is achieved using special waterproof adhesives that ensure high insulation performance.
Upon request, special glass options that reduce the effects of solar heat and light can also be used.
